Refund Policy
We offer educational content with digital delivery, and therefore have a strict no-refund policy after the course has been accessed or viewed.
When Refunds Are Applicable:
- If you are charged twice for the same course.
- If payment was deducted but access was not granted.
How to Request a Refund

- Full name
- Payment receipt
- Reason for refund request
Valid refund claims (such as duplicate payments) will be processed within 7 working days.
